We utilize our networks and resources to secure the right individual for each specific need - considering experience, personality and skill set. Candidates undergo a thorough process of in-depth interviewing, background and reference checking, after which we make a presentation of solid candidates to your organization.

As your recruiter, you can expect

• Qualified candidates are interviewed by phone, in person, or through video conferencing. We provide the screening - narrowing down the list to those who meet your profile requirements.
• Presentation of up to three qualified candidates for your selection and hiring purposes within 45-180 days. We handle all of the arrangements for candidate travel, lodging, realtors and more.
• Update you on a routine basis. We are always readily available to answer questions you may have on the progress of the search.
• We will not submit your candidates to another institution while the search is ongoing.
• We will assist you to determine a competitive compensation package.

Interim Management Recruiting

In addition to the above, Guidance Healthcare provides Interim Management Recruitment services. As your Interim Management recruiter, we will locate professionals who

• select interim as a career path; not individuals who are between jobs or looking for permanent placement
• want to make a long-term commitment to this type of lifestyle.
• match the required / necessary experience and skills identified by your organization. We conduct an "in-depth" conversation with you to determine the needs of the organization as part of our recruitment process.

Fee Structure

Our fee structure is equally straightforward, with no unexpected fees to surprise you. We charge a flat-fee of 25% of the estimated first year's salary. Our compensation is broken into three equal payments. One-third is due at the signing of the search agreement, one-third when candidates are presented, and the final third when our candidate accepts your offer. Out-of-pocket expenses are billed at cost.

By partnering with Guidance Healthcare, you are assured that every option will be explored to surface the best candidates available for your opening. Our goal for candidate presentation is within 45 days of our search start date. Clients are presented with detailed candidate profiles and resumes. We arrange telephone interviews, on-site interviews, and navigate the actual employment process.

Our search agreements are for 180 days. If a client is ever dissatisfied with our performance, they are released from the contract immediately.
